Econo Lodge Albuquerque East

I asked for a first floor room because I use crutches and when I arrive they gave me a room on the third floor because they dont have other room available. The room smell like a bar (cigarrete smoke) and the sink doesnt work, the dirty water stay there. And the blanket had green stains like mucus I asked for change it and they didnt change. Finally the last morning like a nightmare the light of the mirror doesnt work. I'll never stay there again.

Sink was clogged and nobody ever showed to fix it. I booked on this website and charged a larger amount at econo lodge and was unable to check in right away. Hotel itself is decent if you are just looking to sleep and leave asap. Nothing special.

Absolutly nothing.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were super-friendly, location was favourable near several restaurants and stores. Appreciated the way our spotless room with 2 double beds was. A wide range of food items served for great breakfast: )

The bed was surprisingly comfy and quiet, made for a solid night's sleep despite the hotel experience.

the staff was an elderly male who has no customer service skills and was rude. He also did not know how to use the computer and it took about 30 min. to check in. He also stated that i did not have any reservations...

location: the hotel was adjacent to albuquerque, a waffle house for supper, and food places & grocery. it was within walking distance of subway, where you can have lunch.

It's not perfect, but It's nice

The staff were kind and helpful, always ready to share local tips. The beds were surprisingly comfy, ensuring a solid night's sleep. Despite some cleanliness issues and an area that felt a bit sketchy, I found charm in the quirky character of the hotel. A nice experience!

Inconsistent customer service.

This was just a good pick for a rapid stop in Albuquerque with fantastic value. The bathroom faucet sprayed water all over, annoying but made me laugh. Make sure to check room types before arriving.

The location of econo lodge was great for our family. We were close to plenty of restaurants, both fine dining and fast food, made meals easy. The double room was spacious, and it did have clean sheets, which i appreciated.

The location is perfect for catching a game at a local park and visiting nearby attractions. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the no-frills experience and will definitely recommend it for a group stay.

Our overall comfort was affected by loud noises from other guests, making it hard to rest during the night.

It was a short drive to catch a game at Isotopes Park, a blast for the kids. Our non-service dog was also welcomed.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could improve its breakfast options for families with kids.

Staff was very friendly.
